Uer-centered Workshop

Recognizing the significance of a user-centered approach to help Pediatric Pandemic Network solve real world problems faced by family and children, I designed and conducted series of workshops, which served as an educational foundation for our team members, who have multidisciplinary backgrounds.   Through these workshops, I introduced 12 Resource Central team members and stakeholders to the core principles and methodologies of user-centered design.
